Service Description

This is a deeply personal experience — no two sessions are ever the same. Together, we work with breath, gentle movement, and sustained shapes like twists, folds, or grounding holds. We invite the body to reveal — not just stretch — but soften, release, and reconnect. We move slowly, intentionally, allowing you to feel what’s under the surface: the quiet holding patterns, the hidden tension, the stress that often goes unnoticed but weighs heavily. Using hands-on guidance and presence, I help create a space where you feel safe, supported, and fully seen. Not to perform or fix — but to be, to feel, and to begin unwinding what no longer serves you. This isn’t about temporary relief — it’s about giving your body permission to heal, and empowering you with tools that last a lifetime. You'll learn how to self-regulate, how to notice the subtle signals your body gives you, and how to meet them with awareness and compassion — instead of pressure or avoidance. There are no quick fixes here. Just honesty, presence, and a chance to reconnect with your body as an ally, not something to manage or override. You lead the journey. I walk with you — to guide, to ground, and to remind you: you are allowed to feel better, lighter, freer… and you have everything you need within you.

Magda is a truly amazing yoga teacher. I have never fully understood yoga and have attended classes over the years more as additional stretching sessions than anything else. After attending a few classes with the lovely Magda, I think I am at last on my yoga journey and now understand what all that breathing is about and holding poses for a while.
