They think they’re busy. Responsible. Pushing through.
But the body keeps the score.
If you wake up stiff…If your shoulders are always tight…If your back, hips, or neck complain daily…If you feel tired but can’t fully switch off…
That’s not just age. That’s chronic tension — and for many men, it has become the normal state.

The Problem: Always “On”
Pressure to perform. Pressure to provide. Pressure to stay in control.
The nervous system stays in low-level fight-or-flight, and the body responds by holding on:
Tight shoulders and jaw
Locked hips and lower back
Shallow breathing

The Inflexible Man Project is designed to change that.
This Isn’t About Flexibility
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need yoga experience.
This work focuses on the real issue: chronic muscle contraction and nervous system overload.

Through Hatha yoga, deep stretching, and restorative practices, you learn to:
Release long-held tension safely
Breathe deeply again
Stop bracing without realising it
Shift from stress mode into recovery mode.
This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about undoing years of holding on.
What Happens When the Body Lets Go
When the nervous system moves into rest-and-restore:
Stress hormones regulate
Sleep improves (melatonin increases)
Mood and motivation lift (dopamine support)
Digestion returns to a natural rhythm
